As a Multimedia Video Producer, you will be at the forefront of creating dynamic and engaging video content, bringing stories to life through exceptional production skills. From developing concepts and managing shoots to overseeing post-production, you will take ownership of the entire video production process. What will you be doing? Develop and manage video production schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints. Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production and shooting to editing and post-production, while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the Brand team to develop compelling video concepts and scripts that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines. Manage and coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, talent booking, and equipment rental, to ensure seamless execution. Provide creative direction and feedback to internal Video Editors and third-party freelance staff, fostering high-quality deliverables. Develop and implement production workflows and processes to streamline operations and support engaging multimedia content across social platforms. Does this sound like you? 5+ years of Video Producer experience in sports media, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of video production workflows, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production. Proficiency with video editing and production software. Experience managing video shoots, including coordinating logistics like location scouting, talent booking, and equipment rental. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Brand, Marketing, and external vendors, to ensure cohesive storytelling.
