.NET+Azure+React – Developer (mid||senior||lead)

We are developers, and of our 150+ people, about 1/3 are focused on custom .NET development. We would like to welcome a new team member, maybe two :) This advert is in English because of LinkedIN, but due to the type of our projects we have to strongly prefer candidates who speak Czech||Slovak. What is the job about? One or a combination of these activities: Development of new applications and features in .NET, built on top of Azure || MS SQL; Full-stack development Azure+.NET+React (focus can vary depending on your skills and preference); A developer gets analysis/tasks from project manager, does his/her thing, submits PR, gets reviewed and tested and the circle continues. The goal is happy coding :D If you are eyeing a role as an architect (but want to continue also dev work), you are welcome to participate in the definition of architecture (during presales but also in the initial phase of projects), or as tech lead of own development team (normally up to 4 people); Other things that could interest you: DevOps/SRE – CI/CD in Azure DevOps and design and deployment of Azure cloud resources; Mobile application development in Flutter; Design in Figma; Entity Framework, Copilot, ABP.IO, Cypress, Playwright, SonarQube, Bootstrap, SOLR Lucene, Rabbit MQ, Docker, Docker Swarm, managed Kubernetes cluster, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Kafka…. How could it look like? Long-term cooperation; We can utilize your full capacity (40 hours/week) or partial – as you prefer; Work from our office (Anděl), work from home, with occasional in-person team meetings, or hybrid remote+office; Freelance cooperation (OSVČ, s.r.o…) or employment; The possibility to work on several projects simultaneously, or to always focus on one job; The project with the highest priority is a system for managing changes in the construction process.
