Minerva Marine Inc. is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented New Technology & Projects Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing impactful technical projects across our fleet. Key Responsibilities: Conduct analyses and provide reports to support decision-making for technical projects Evaluate and propose new technologies and improvements for the fleet Assist in project budgeting, planning, and implementation Develop regulatory assessments and oversee fleet-wide implementation of new concepts Supervise project design, scheduling, and execution, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines Stay updated on regulations and perform feasibility studies for fleet adaptation Report project progress to management and provide recommendations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies Participate in industry forums and support innovation initiatives Requirements University degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field Hands-on experience as a site engineer or as a Superintendent Engineer in vessel operation and maintenance is a plus Proficiency in Greek and English (oral and written) Strong computer literacy Proven communication and leadership skills Show more Show less
