About the role The Observability & Tools Manager is responsible for securing, maintaining, and managing the IT monitoring and tools to ensure effective usage. This role ensures alignment with partner contractual agreements, internal security standards, group policies, and IT processes. Tools are technical services used to operate our global production IT environment. What you’ll be doing · Tooling Management: Configure, maintain, and deploy IT tools, ensuring scalability and compliance · Monitoring and Optimization: Design and optimise monitoring platforms, ensuring full observability coverage · Incident and Problem Support: Provide expert support for tool-related incidents and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues · Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage in governance meetings with key suppliers and align with support services · Service Improvement: Drive continuous improvement for service delivery and SLA compliance · Ensure consistent IT service delivery, compliance, and budget alignment · Manage IT service offerings and maintain alignment with business objectives About you · Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT role in Data Center / Computing area, Technology and IT Infrastructure background · Good understanding of large business organization, business processes and corporate culture · Experience in working within a Global business organisation · Experience in managing/working with outsourcing partners · Preferred experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Logic Monitor) · University degree in Information System subject or any comparable education · Preferred ITIL v4 or v3 certified · Occasional traveling (up to 20%) Why choose us?
