The opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a freelance consultant with experience in managing risk and safety to support us on a short-term project, supporting the delivery of safety and operations coaching in Czechia. We will provide you with a full training program, providing you with all of the tools and DSS+ methodologies you will need. Job Requirements About You: Our Independent Consultants are subject matter experts with experience gained within our core industries. You will have experience in the following: Experience as an operations manager in manufacturing or heavy industry Experience in running and managing risk and safety within a complex manufacturing environment. You will be fluent in Czech and English, and able to read, write, and speak the languages in a professional environment. As a freelance or interim professional, you will be looking to work with DSS+ on various projects as one of your portfolio of clients.
