Operations Finance Manager – Freshful As a Operations Finance Manager – Freshful in our team, you’ll be working closely with both your team and your stakeholders in order to optimize financial results for a specific department in Freshful by eMAG. You’ll achieve this by managing all financial activities related to your main stakeholder’s department (financial analysis and modelling, budgeting and forecasting, business performance monitoring, support for go/no-go business decisions, P&L, and so on). Main responsibilities: · Manage all financial activities within your team (Financial Analysts) · Manage and develop a diversified team of financial professionals who are passionate about what they do on a daily basis in a complex, growth oriented, fast paced & data driven environment · Oversee and manage all aspects related to Operations Finance in Freshful (Transportation & Warehouse activities), including Reporting (e.g. Daily PnLs, Month Closing activities), Budgeting & Forecasting, Complex analyses & Business Input, Approval of spends (including POs, Invoices), all especially critical for the company’s Operational Costs (key PnL component) · Work closely with the Operations Team (e.g. COO, Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager) to ensure optimal approaches to generate maximum results for the company · Define and offer the business a set of strategic multi-dimensional financial & business analyses across the entire Operations Area that will ensure the right decisions · Constantly develop business planning models and forecasts, with focus on Operations Cost per Order and Topline · Periodically monitor performance, together with stakeholders, in order to analyze financial results, return on investment, most important risks and opportunities for future business decisions · Develop detailed financial reports and presentations for the senior management team (e.g. CFO, CEO, Group CFO), together with solutions for the ongoing issues or risks that can boost productivity and lower costs · Work together with other teams to develop systems/ processes and procedures that can ensure a correct business evaluation as well as its efficient and profitable operations · Analyze, together with stakeholders, all ambitious proposals and compare them with set targets, as well as company strategy · Develop and maintain a close relationship with stakeholders and their teams We’d like to meet you if you: · Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment · Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills both as a financial professional, and as a people manager · Have a University Degree in Economic Studies (an MBA will be considered a plus) · Have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role · Have at least 7 years working in Business Finance Teams · Have been exposed to a complex financial environment either locally or internationally · Speak English fluently · Can work with different groups and levels within an organization · Can take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations What we’ve prepared for you: · Medical subscription: Medicover, MedLife or Regina Maria. · A flexible budget that you can invest in yourself as you wish: meal tickets, holiday tickets, cultural vouchers, private pension, foreign language classes, eMAG, Fashion Days, Tazz, Therme & Genius, membership to different gyms or even professional development classes. · Different discounts from our partners: banking, mobile, dental medicine or wellness. · Access to the Bookster library and free credits on the Atlas psycho-emotional health platform. · An accelerated learning environment, with access to over 100.000 curated online resources and platforms, learning academies and development programs. · New headquarters, where sleek design, natural light, and versatile spaces create an energizing and comfortable environment for hybrid work.
