Operations Officer at JetSet Services JetSet Services Location: Athens International Airport JetSet Services is a boutique VIP handling service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional, tailored services across all Greek airports. Role: Operation Assistant Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery: Guarantee timely and efficient service both on-site and off-site, aligned with client needs and expectations. Client Interaction: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients through outstanding service and effective communication. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex client issues, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Airport Authorities and Suppliers, to maintain operational excellence and uphold JetSet’s quality standards. Reporting: Maintain an updated reporting system on internal operations to monitor performance and service delivery metrics. Process Improvement: Assist the Operations Manager in refining business processes to enhance overall customer experiences. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the aviation sector, preferable with operational experience. Language Skills: Proficiency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus. License: A valid driving license is required. Client Focus: Strong dedication to client service with a talent for delivering timely solutions. Organization & Teamwork: Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team spirit. Integrity: High standards of accountability and ethical conduct. Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and Word) and Softone ERP. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
