PadelMania Receptionist A friendly and professional front desk staff for a busy padel club Company Description Founded in 2013, PadelMania Romania is the first and biggest Padel Club in Bucharest. The club has two locations, one in Parcul Regele Mihai I al României (Herăstrău) with 6 courts and one in ParkLake Shopping Center with 3 courts. Padel, also sometimes called padel tennis, is a racket sport that is always played in doubles on an enclosed court. It is much like a cross between tennis and squash where the ball can bounce off the glass wall or metallic mesh that surrounds the court. The simplicity of the game, the social aspect of playing in doubles, and the fact that it is relatively easy to pick up have contributed to the widespread appeal of padel. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at PadelMania Romania located in Parcul Regele Mihai I al României (Herăstrău), Bucharest, Romania. This position is available on a full-time reduced hours arrangement covering in average 34 hours a week, including work during afternoon-evening shifts and weekends. As a PadelMania Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will greet them, check them in, answer their queries, and provide them with excellent customer service. You will also handle bookings, payments, and administrative tasks related to the club operations. You will be part of a dynamic and fun team that works together to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits our club. Responsibilities · Greet and check in members and guests, and issue them with the appropriate equipment · Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries and requests about the club facilities, services, and events · Manage the online and offline booking system, and ensure that the courts and other areas are allocated and used efficiently · Process payments and invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions and memberships · Assist with the inventory and maintenance of the club equipment and supplies · Ensure that the reception area and the club premises are clean, tidy, and safe at all times · Follow and enforce the club policies and procedures, and report any issues or incidents to the manager · Support the club manager and other staff with any other tasks as needed Qualifications · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception roles · Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications · Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment · Knowledge of padel or other racquet sports is a plus · Fluent in English and Romanian · High school diploma or equivalent Benefits · Competitive salary · Free membership and access to the club facilities and events · Discounts on club merchandise and services · Opportunities for training and career development · A friendly and supportive work culture Show more Show less
