InnerPoint is a danish tech-enabled GTM & Revenue Services company. We help clients strategize and execute full funnel demand gen go-to-market strategies across paid and organic channels. We’re a small but growing team of 3 people complemented by freelancers and partners. The Opportunity We are looking for a Paid Social Manager who will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing paid social campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Your primary tasks will be: Paid Social Campaigns : Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand. Conduct audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid social media. Data analysis and reporting : Analyze performance and report results, including campaign outcomes, data reporting, and budget pacing. Quickly iterate strategies based on findings. Performance and revenue alignment : Analyze and compare campaign data with CRM data/full-funnel pipeline metrics to understand how paid media correlates with revenue and sales performance. Budget management and pacing : Effectively allocate and manage media spend across channels to drive results for your clients. Account-Based Marketing : Strategize, plan, and execute ABM programs in collaboration with clients’ outbound teams while leveraging intent signals, segmentation, and personalization. Creative strategy collaboration : Coordinate and work with designers and copywriters to drive creative strategy and execution. Campaign operations : Implement UTM codes, pixels, and other tracking tools to connect CRM systems with campaigns. Who you are Proven experience in building and optimizing paid media campaigns, preferably within a B2B SaaS/Tech environment. An analytical mindset with a track record of making data-driven decisions to continuously optimize performance and guide future investments. Ability to identify trends and insights through in-depth data analysis. Experience in creating and managing ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Google Ads experience is a plus). Knowledge of the technical aspects of campaigns: tracking using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes). Proven ability to track campaign performance across multiple channels. Strong communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and provide solutions/suggestions. Interested?
