Be part of BYD’s new project in Szeged – while working for a successful German company! At BASF we are looking for our new colleague who can technically support our costumer, BYD, in their paint shop. The professional development and success are guaranteed with our great team, extended professional network and years of experience in similar projects. TASKS Act as technical support, directly from the BYD plant in Szeged. Do production quality checks and system setup, and report the results. Manage materials (Forecasting based on customer schedule notices, deliveries, container returns). Do the tests and measurements, and load data to the system – viscosity, material/solvent additions, level and pressure monitoring. Support the production line: cleaning of the ring lines and working tanks. Create documentation to support the smooth workflow. Support launch and trials: new model, new color programs, new technology. Qualifications Chemical-related education and/or experience in the paint industry Technical or customer service experience in automotive paint and coatings is an advantage Initiative, customer-oriented attitude Experience in engineering and production English/German language knowledge is an advantage About Us At BASF, the chemistry is right.
