A detail-oriented professional needed for part-time transportation and delivery operations for our artisanal cheese business. This role combines dairy logistics, equipment maintenance, customer service, and quality control documentation responsibilities. Core Responsibilities Transport raw milk from local farms to our processing facility Manage and maintain the automatic milk vending machines Deliver cheese products to vending partners on established weekly routes Oversee company vehicle fleet maintenance and scheduling Maintain proper temperature controls during transport Keep detailed records of deliveries and collections Manage laboratory sample submissions and tracking Collect and maintain records of quality control analysis reports for water, raw materials, and finished products Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Experience in food/beverage product delivery preferred Knowledge of food safety and temperature control protocols Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards Understanding of sanitation procedures in food handling Excellent record-keeping abilities Technical Skills Proficiency in operating delivery vehicles and equipment Basic mechanical aptitude for vending machine maintenance Strong documentation and record management skills Knowledge of route planning and optimization Ability to maintain sample tracking systems Personal Qualities Meticulous attention to cleanliness and sanitation Strong organizational skills Excellent time management abilities Professional communication and customer service orientation Reliable and punctual work ethic Ability to work independently Schedule Part-time position (maximum 18 hours per week) Flexible weekly schedule Early morning milk collection runs Adaptable hours for vending machine maintenance Benefits Competitive hourly wage Training and development opportunities Flexible scheduling Company vehicle for work duties This position requires someone who values cleanliness, can maintain high standards of food safety, provide excellent service to our partners, and maintain precise documentation of quality control processes.
