We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Organization Coordinator to lead and manage a team responsible for various organizational and legislative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role involves overseeing employee relations, handling sensitive issues such as harassment claims, managing reorganization efforts at a national level, and developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and workflows. Together with us, you have the chance to grow everyday, contributing to energy transition, being responsible of : Coordinating and managing a team handling legislation-related tasks and compliance requirements. Overseeing employee relations, ensuring the effective resolution of workplace issues while fostering a positive work environment. Managing and investigating sensitive matters, such as harassment claims, with discretion and professionalism. Leading reorganization initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with labor laws. Developing, reviewing, and issuing company policies, procedures, and guidelines to support organizational objectives. Establishing and refining human resource workflows to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Preparing and managing power of attorney decisions, ensuring timely execution and legal adherence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with organizational needs. Staying updated on relevant legislation, ensuring organizational compliance and mitigating risks. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on team progress, challenges, and outcomes. What You’ll Need to Succeed: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and organizational management. Extensive knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. High level of discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Law or Economics. Experience managing large-scale reorganization projects. Nice to Have: Knowledge of compensation, payroll, and HR systems implementation.
