We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of enterprise-level applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain high-quality Oracle PL/SQL solutions integrated with .NET applications. Location : Tirana, Albania Job Type : Full-time, Hybrid Languages : Proficiency in English (Level ≥ B2) and Italian is optional. Common Technical Skills & Experience : ASP.NET Web Forms : Experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms , JavaScript, and HTML5 frameworks to build and maintain web applications. .NET / C# : Solid experience with .NET and C# frameworks to develop enterprise-level applications, especially integrated with Oracle databases . Three-Tier Architecture : Strong knowledge of three-tier architecture and the main concepts of web applications . Oracle PL/SQL Development : Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL application development, including writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and performance tuning. Oracle Database : Experience in developing .NET applications with Oracle databases , ensuring optimal performance and functionality. BPM / Workflow Engines : Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow engine concepts for automating business processes within the applications. Version Control Tools : Experience using version control systems such as Git , SVN , or TFS for managing source code and collaborating with development teams. Seniority & Experience : Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications with a focus on relevant technologies such as .NET and Oracle PL/SQL . Strong problem-solving skills in Oracle database optimization, troubleshooting, and writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience working in environments where enterprise-level business applications are developed and maintained, especially in CRM , Billing , Metering , or Credit Management areas. Other Functional and Soft Skills : Business Knowledge : Knowledge of business processes in one or more of the following areas: CRM , Billing , Metering , or Credit Management . Previous experience in the Energy & Utilities (E&U) sector is highly appreciated. Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment , collaborating with other workgroups to ensure business requirements are met. English Proficiency : Good knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B2 level). Organization & Time Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Microsoft .NET Certification : Having a Microsoft .NET certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain PL/SQL solutions for Oracle databases, focusing on performance, scalability, and best practices. Collaborate with other development teams to integrate Oracle PL/SQL solutions with .NET-based web applications. Work with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise-level web applications , ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements. Write and optimize complex SQL queries , stored procedures , and triggers for Oracle databases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance, security, and business logic. Support business process automation through BPM and workflow engine integration, ensuring processes are aligned with business requirements. Participate in regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and fixes.
