We are looking for PLC PROGRAMMERS (a) The employment will be determined for permanent period (with 6-months trial period) with the Swiss company Stöcklin, which established a software competence program center East in Ljubljana (Slovenia) . A great team of employees is looking for additional team members that will provide software solutions for the entire world. Job responsibilities: Meeting and knowing the client’s requirements for electrical and mechanical needs. Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram. Explaining to the clients how electrical components operate. Using automation Siemens TIA Portal software to write PLC programs. Preparing documents to instruct the users how to use the device and other safety instructions. Testing the program using automation equipment for its reliability. Troubleshooting any faults in the system. Supervising the installation of PLC programs. Providing guidance and support to the Technicians. Offering training to the Technicians and other team members. Maintaining the PLC programs. Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team. Job requirements and technical skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree. Solid skills in Siemens Step7 and TIA Portal. SEW or equivalent Drive experience. Working experience as a PLC Programmer, or a similar role in the Engineering industry. Exceptional logic reasoning abilities. Excellent ability to work under no supervision. Good oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel abroad as and when required max. 30% per year Ability to solve complex problems. Good organizational and time management skills. A keen eye for details for accuracy. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Language knowledge: Business fluent in English. Proposition: Good and competitive salary. Flexible working hours with the possibility of working from home in agreement with supervisor. Permanent employment with a trial period of six months. Daily meal cost reimbursement of 7,96 €.
