About the role: The job holder will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of the Neptun Deep Operations warehouse located at DANA 34, Port of Constanta. Your tasks Ensure all COMPANY assets and equipment are properly, stored , maintained and handle Retains and reviews warehouse documents and report Follows the procedures to process and control material flow within the warehouse and provides support for the efficient handling of material Ensures efficient utilization of the warehouse space and promotes good housekeeping standards Ensures all plant ( cranes, forklifts and other vehicles) are operated in a safe manner, fit for purpose, fully certified and inspected prior to us Manages the administration of all certification related to supplied equipment, lifting equipment, tools, et Maintain accurate and up to date records of all materials issued, receipt, location, certification and shipping document Ensure material is packed correctly and safely prior to shipping/transportation Day to day management of warehouse personnel Your profile: Experience in the logistics area Min. 5 yrs as Warehouse Supervisor/Material Controller in the Oil and Gas or equivalent industry Relevant professional experience: minimum 10 years Familiarity with a logistic software an advantage Fluent in Romanian, English at conversation level Strong communication and organizational skills Role model, demonstrating personal leaders Demonstrates flexibility and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Come and work with us!
