PPC FiberGrid – FTTH Fulfilment Coordinator The FTTH Fulfilment Coordinator is a member of the Fulfilment & Technical Support Department’s team, responsible for overseeing and managing Phase B infrastructure projects for connecting fiber optics to homes and businesses, with the aim of ensuring service quality and overall customer satisfaction Responsibilities: Coordinates the implementation plan for the optical fibre infrastructure (In Building / In House Installation) Monitors and coordinates the actions required from external partners, maintaining open communication with them Oversees the availability of adequate materials for each contractor, ensuring timely ordering to support the efficient execution of construction requests Reviews contractors’ deliverables to ensure compliance with the technical specifications of the project Delegates and systematically oversees all FTTH constructions, ensuring their timely and efficient completion Participates in the implementation of IT projects by recording the technical requirements of the project Requirements: Studies in Science or Τechnology At least three (3) years of experience in Telecommunications or related High Technology industry At least one (1) year of experience in technical projects experience in: residential fiber optic connections and in-building fiber optic cabling, including fiber optic splicing (fusion splicing), cable installation techniques, and the construction of low voltage in-building wiring systems Experience in Building Low Level Design (LLD) and Surveying Experience in construction materials (multirizer, monofider, pre-connector outdoor, BEP, BDP, OTO, etc.) Experience in managing construction, technical, or external contractor partnerships Creation of performance reports Good Knowledge of English Language Knowledge of infrastructure construction, familiarity with the texts of the Joint Ministerial Decisions (JMD), ELOT construction standards, Smart Readiness, and with project monitoring and process recording programs (WFM) will be considered an asset Availability for shift work Competences: Growth Mindset Teamwork & ability to collaborate Effective time management and prioritization Effective conflict management in order to provide assistance and quickly resolve problems of cooperation between multiple stakeholders Customer orientation Effective communication Benefits: Inclusive working environment Continuous training and participation in development activities Group health and life insurance program Reduced electricity consumption invoice Show more Show less
