The Role As a Pre-Sales Specialist , you will partner with our Sales, Customer Success and Product teams as the key technical and financial expert throughout the sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for understanding the client’s current media and financial environment, evaluating MINT platforms’ technical and economic impact, and crafting tailored solutions to address specific client needs. Through this partnership, you will play a pivotal role in closing new deals by delivering technical presentations, performing financial analyses, and providing expert pre-sales support to prospective customers. Responsibilities Lead Qualification: collaborate with the Sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth transition from the First Pitch to subsequent stages of the Sales Funnel. Support complex prospects during the initial engagements. Client Environment Analysis: conduct in-depth assessments of the client’s media and accounting environment, analyzing both technical setups and financial metrics, including ROI, media spend efficiency, and KPI tracking. Customized Solution Development: work closely with internal teams to craft bespoke solutions, that align with both the technical and financial objectives of the client. Ensure these solutions address specific business challenges and maximize economic value. Technical and Economic Presentation: confidently present proposed solutions to prospective clients, highlighting both technical benefits and measurable financial outcomes, such as cost savings and performance improvements. Collaboration: work with the Product and Customer Success teams to address any potential impacts on product development or delivery timelines. Ensure solutions meet the client’s strategic and operational needs. Workshop Leadership: organize and lead solution workshops and product demos tailored to client-specific use cases, aligning with agreed timelines and objectives. This role will be a great fit if: You have 3-5 years of previous experience in a Product or Client facing role, with a strong focus on technical solutions and financial analysis. You are fluent in English and French (Italian will be considered a plus). You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data to build business cases. You possess technical expertise in AdTech platforms and campaign management processes. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into compelling client narratives. You are a strategic thinker with a strong sales orientation, enabling you to effectively support and contribute to successful deal closures. You are an active listener who proactively seeks innovative solutions to meet client objectives. You are detail-oriented with a focus on visually impactful presentations. Interview Process Candidates can expect the following steps in our interview process: HR Introductory Call (15 minutes): a brief phone call with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background. HR Video Interview (45 minutes): A more in-depth virtual interview with HR to explore the topics discussed in the phone call and further assess your fit for the role. Technical Interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes): a virtual video interview focused on the technical aspects of the role, where the hiring manager will dive into your specific skills and experience. Panel Interview and Technical Test (1 hour, in-person if possible): a final interview at our office where you’ll meet with the hiring manager and a panel of interviewers.
