We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Print/Textile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate would need to have a strong understanding of layout, color, and a natural ability to think outside the box to expand design concepts. This role requires a passion for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours: 3pm-11pm CET Location: Remote and/or in Office Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. Collaborate closely with the team leader to develop new projects, conduct trend research, and create innovative designs. Design and develop layouts using purchased artwork and create unique hand-drawn or computer-generated motifs. Prepare production-ready patterns and separate artwork for rotary and screen-printing processes. Recolor artwork to align with customer needs and seasonal trend directions. Handle copyright registration for designs and maintain an organized system for print archives. Track and manage the print archive, ensuring accessibility and accuracy. Communicate effectively with internal teams including sales, design, and production, as well as with overseas factories. Provide backup support to the cad team when needed. Required Skills: A strong eye for color and design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Bridge. Experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on print or textile design. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bachelorโ€™s degree or relevant training in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering or other related fields would be a plus.
