Let’s work together for the future of electromobility in Europe! Your Tasks Will Be Improve quality and efficiency in mass production of cells, modules, and battery packs, and set finished and semi-finished product specifications Coordinate continuous improvements across manufacturing departments, enhance process capabilities, product quality, and reduce costs. Managing root causes and common problems, formulating solutions and implementations Failure analysis of key product quality issues, and conducting countermeasure research based on the causes of failure analysis; Responsible for organizing and conducting verification and review of new battery processes and technologies; Assist in creating department development plans, coordinate team capacity building to meet KPIs, train subordinates, optimize work processes, and improve team efficiency What We Expect From You Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering field in materials-, polymer-, mechanical- engineering, physics, or other related fields Minimum 5 experience in engineering field Strong project management, logical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to integrate resources effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab, JMP, and other data analysis tools; familiar with AutoCAD and other design software. Knowlegde in 6sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D and other engineering methods. An Advantage Experience in battery manufacturing, lithium battery industry is preferred.
