The Job This is a career developing position aimed at taking you and our current procurement set-up for procurement in the Nordic region to the next level. The Nordic Procurement Specialist will be a key person for driving the best practices of our procurement processes across the Nordics. Key responsibilities include focus on several topics; cost reduction, supplier performance, risk mitigation, support to top line growth and innovation through the leverage of Procurement best practice tools. You will also support local stakeholder management to ensure alignment between business and procurement objectives. Office location could be at our plant in Jönåker or from our Swedish HQ in Malmö. Your Main Tasks Be the primary point of contact and reference of procurement within your area for the Nordics. Establish and execute, in line with the local management teams, procurement activities to drive performance. Negotiations, contract management, ensure proper supplier quality and service. Support local deployment of procurement strategies (from Categories team) impacting Nordics. Ensure effective implementation and compliance with new ERP- processes. Coordinate and lead data management jointly with stakeholders (eg. Industrial , Technical center, Quality) for Business flawless execution – Budgeting, Savings, ERP integration. Your Experience Ideally you hold a university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. Furthermore, you have a track record of minimum 2 years in a similar procurement position, preferably from a large international player, ideally within the building and construction industry, consumer electronics, consumer goods, transportation or logistics. You have experience from stakeholder management as well as a strong business acumen including understanding of the drivers behind direct and/or indirect procurement tasks. Your Skills Analytical and with a commercial mindset. Motivated by being able to set the agenda and self motivating. Independent and enjoys diverse tasks. Understands business analytics. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels in the business. You are fluent in any of the Nordic languages, and you have very good skills in English.
