As the Product Manager for Flight Systems and Services , you will be instrumental in shaping the technology and systems that underpin our operations from optimizing our Passenger Reservation System (PRS) to streamlining crew scheduling and in-flight sales. You will be an integral part of the product management team, combining business acumen and technical understanding to help the organization deliver value-added services to internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities: Gather and analyze user needs to define clear product requirements Lead the delivery of features in collaboration with 3rd party vendors Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals and user feedback Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to facilitate technical discussions Job Qualifications: 2+ years of product management experience or similar role Familiarity with APIs and software development processes Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in the airline or travel industry (preferred but not required) Benefits: Competitive salary Friendly, diverse & international work environment in a fast moving and fascinating aviation industry.
