Your Role Owns end to end accountability for the Translations “product”. Works closely with all relevant stakeholders and the main suppliers to continuously improve the quality of the Translations ‘product’ in terms of stability, sustainability, innovation and cost efficiency with the overall goal to increase customer satisfaction = increase sales. Makes sure that training material and all related documentation are always in place and up to date. Drives all related projects and improvements linked to translation area. To take over the remaining steps for the implementation of the new translation vendor in our organization: communication, documentation, improvements. To drive other potential projects and programs under your responsibility delivering expected business benefits within the approved scope, schedule and budget. To develop and maintain the Translations product in line with Atlas Copco’s business needs while safeguarding system and data integrity for all our customers. To interact with the Business owners to set the priorities, with the translation agency and with our technical partner for the implementation of any new development. To be in charge of executing the actions defined in the yearly product roadmap, based on business owners’ needs and requirements. To be responsible for leading the technology solution as the product expert. To be responsible for product training and communications towards our internal customers. To make sure all documentation and procedures are in place. To follow up the yearly budget for your product. To think out of the box and bring ideas for improvement of the translation processes (e.g use of new technology…). To further promote the usage of AI and Machine translation among the business community as an important tool to reduce time and costs. To be responsible for driving, facilitating, and developing the improvement features. To be a product evangelist who can see the big picture and can turn the strategic priorities into tangible direction for your product. Be in charge of driving all related projects and improvements. To Succeed, You Will Need 3+ years of experience in Digital marketing, Web management or similar. Any experience in the area of translation and/or translation companies & software (RWS, Transperfect, LanguageWire etc…) is a plus. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and similar tools is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Power Point…) is required. University degree or equivalent experience within Digital, Engineering and/or Business. End-user centric and business minded. Objective oriented, self-organized and self-driven. Ability to think practically and creatively – must enjoy problem-solving and be motivated by finding solutions to daily challenges! Business Optimization: process review and business analysis skills. Be an excellent communicator, team player and business collaborator with the ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes. A methodical person who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt and deliver to promise. A resilient person who can cope with change in a fast moving digital landscape. An innovative “there is always a better way” person with a positive, flexible and responsive mindset who embraces and promotes digital transformation.
