This is a tough, competitive market sector, our key competitors are amongst the largest healthcare companies in the world. We need a targeted professional with a background in surgical products and established relationships with key customers in Italy to help to analyse our competitors, implement surgical products strategy and provide trainings to end users. We are looking for someone with technical background , being able to conduct on-site installations, building and collaborate with technical figures such as engineers and architects. As an emotionally intelligent professional with existing relationships with hospitals in Italy, and a background of understanding and responding to customers’ needs, you will use this role to join our growing business in this position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving key relationships whilst showcasing your appetite for overachievement. Your Job Responsibilities Will Be Diverse And Will Include Understand the product features, evaluate the monitoring process, and implement the product strategy of varied surgical products in Italy. On-site installations, building knowledge and know – how to collaborate with technical figures such as engineers and architects. Creation of offer documents and technical support to tender. Understand the market scenario, develop and figure out the requirements in different customer segments and analyze competitors, in order to work out the right strategy for Mindray products. Cooperate with sales and business partners to identify key business opportunities, and provide technical and marketing support to further push the opportunities. Establish a professional relationship and communicate with key opinion leaders in different medical societies, Ministry of Health and hospital groups Support with reference site selection and establishment, organize marketing activities and follow up with clinical evaluation process. Take a lead role in the marketing promotion for products, planning and participating in key promotion events and exhibitions to further enhance our brand image Supports the training plans for distributors to improve their product knowledge and sales ability to fulfil customer needs Communicate regularly with HQ to update and maintain the list of key account customers What are we looking for in you? Comprehensive experience within surgical products (Pendants, Beams, Surgical lights and Operating table) is essential Understand Italian surgical market and have certain connection with end-users. Secondary school diploma in technical skills (surveyor, technical expert). Good knowledge of technical construction, plant. AutoCAD software use in 2D/3D would be highly appreciated Be able to discover the products advantage, offer trainings to distributors and end-users and drive distributors for customer breakthrough. Proven ability to manage and develop business with KOL’s in Italy. Experience of working as a product specialist, or technical specialist at the top players in the surgical devices industry (distributor or manufacturer) is preferred. Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical Independence – recognise how to get things done Relationship skills – able to build strong positive relationships with key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills IT literate Ability to work in Europe without the requirement of company sponsorship What’s in it for you?
