Overview … We are looking for our next Production and Material Planning Specialist to join our Operations Team in Helsingborg! Are you an energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual with experience in production order planning and/or inventory management? The Opportunity … In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring we have all the necessary resources, materials, orders, and system transactions in place to successfully execute the assembly process. You’ll manage deviations and solve emerging problems efficiently. Simultaneously, you will continuously drive improvements, particularly in optimizing our ERP system (Infor LN), to ensure we use our scarce resources wisely and effectively, always keeping the customer in focus. On a Typical Day You Will Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues across operations and the entire company Prepare, release, and close production orders Execute order planning in our ERP system (Infor LN) Initiate production warehouse orders Maintain and ensure the accuracy of warehouse orders and necessary system transactions Manage the material flow to projects Analyze deviations and relentlessly drive improvements to make us even better tomorrow What We Are Looking For We’re on the lookout for someone with experience in production planning, preparation, or inventory management, and who is accustomed to working in an ERP system. If you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Excel, we want to hear from you! You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities with ease. We would be thrilled if you have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
