Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Foreman at U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o. The Production Foreman will be responsible for supervising production operations, planning and managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders on a daily basis. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, Production Planning, and Production Management Communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction Experience in Quality Control processes Knowledge of steel production processes and industry standards Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred Show more Show less
