Upgrade Consulting and Training on behalf of its client, a major wood products manufacturing company, based in Thessaloniki, is looking for an experienced production manager to join their dynamic team. Tasks Planning production processes, coordinating production lines, and supervising to ensure proper department operations. Ensuring production schedules are met in terms of volumes and timelines. Guiding, supervising, and evaluating production staff. Monitoring production performance indicators and taking measures to improve efficiency. Developing strategies to maximize productivity and reduce costs. Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety procedures, and quality standards during production. Requirements BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Proven work experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in the wood manufacturing sector or a related industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced familiarity with ERP and WMS systems. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks effectively. Experience in managing and maintaining industrial equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving ability with prompt and effective solutions.
