Join our Team About this opportunity: Are you passionate about quality, production processes improvement and leading people? Our Final Assembly Production department is looking for an experienced Production Quality Supervise to lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10-15 Quality Inspectors in the final assembly (FA) phase of the production process. This day-to-day people leadership role is also responsible of initiating FA processes quality improvement projects in cooperation with different production related engineer groups. In this role you will also manage, and coordinate sample inspections based on quality engineers’ recommendations and guidelines. You will also play a crucial part in reviewing customer claims and be part of returned products inspections processes. This role is full time position based at our Tallinn Factory on Peterburi tee 67a with occasional flexibility to work from home office. What you will do: Managing, developing and motivating a team of quality inspectors in final assembly. Overseeing and managing resources allocated to quality inspections team. Implementation and ongoing monitoring of quality standards and processes. Quality control of production processes and making data and new technology driven improvement recommendations. Be the vital link between quality engineers and production units. Development and analysis of required quality reports. Development and improvement of work instructions and trainings for quality inspectors. Work in close collaboration with process and quality engineers during root cause analyses to find the best solutions. You will bring: Previous experience in production processes and production quality management Proven track record of leading a technical team Experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) Strong data analytics background and problem solving skills Systematic thinking and meticulous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good verbal and written Estonian or Russian language proficiency English language proficiency is an advantage Higher education in telecommunication, electronics, production quality management or equivalent Why join Ericsson?
