We are looking for a person to help us both make projects run smoothly, and communicate Media Evolution’s activities and offerings with our community. As a Project Administrator, you’ll be responsible for making sure that our projects in competence development and foresight are easy for our community to apply for and participate in. You will be participants first hand contact, do follow-ups, evaluate, collect data on project outcomes, and ensure transparency and accountability. You will assist in reporting to funders, and make sure it’s done in an efficient and accurate manner. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal and external project colleagues, as well as with the rest of the Media Evolution team to ensure that the projects goals are integrated with Media Evolution’s broader mission. The impact we as an organisation have on our community relies heavily on our ability to communicate activities, offerings, place and outcomes of what we do. As a Communications Coordinator you will plan, produce and publish our content across channels (social media, newsletter, webpage). You will do so in collaboration with our project managers and product owners, and with our brand templates and communications strategy as a base. The tasks consist of planning, writing, and publishing content in our digital channels. In this role, you will have the responsibilities to: Coordinate, and take responsibility for administrative tasks within a number of ongoing projects. Be part of planning and executing classes for skills development. Follow up, evaluate, and assist in reporting to different funders (local, national and EU). Plan communications efforts with project managers, foresight lead and co-working space managers. Produce visual communications material with Canva and Adobe programs. Write short and long texts to communicate our offerings and outcomes. Publish content across channels. We are looking for you who: Has project administration experience. Demonstrates strong and structured administrative skills. Can work independently with given responsibilities. Possesses an adaptable and learning mindset. Can cultivate transparent and productive relationships with collaborators. Is fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with good communication abilities. It’s beneficial if you: Possesses some sort of background and/or deeper understanding of the cultural or creative sector. Has experience with reporting to EU funders. Displays a keen interest, insight, and understanding of societal and contemporary issues, particularly in the context of societal development. Has experience within photography or creative production. Has pursued studies in social sciences or related fields at the university level.
