Project Change Consultant – Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of project modifications Identify, assess, and monitor project risks , devising strategies to mitigate potential impacts on scope, schedule, and budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align project objectives with organizational goals Lead regular risk reviews and update the risk register , ensuring all stakeholders are informed of potential challenges and solutions Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management on change and risk performance metrics Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and pharmaceutical industry best practices Project Change Consultant – Requirements: A degree in Engineering , Project Management , or a related field 8+ years experience in change and risk management for large-scale capital construction projects , ideally in the pharmaceutical sector Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP standards within the pharmaceutical industry Proficiency in risk management tools and software, such as Primavera Risk Analysis or similar Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Science headhunting firm.
