Position Overview: – We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator that can bring their expertise, experience and perspective to the Cambay Solutions PMO team to help us build solutions that empower holistic and tangible transformation at every level. This fully remote role is open to candidates nationwide. We are seeking a customer service-focused, Project Coordinator with a passion to drive process, consistency and communication in support of successful Project delivery for our clients. This position will work independently or in partnership with a Project Manager in the initiation, planning, execution (including managing and controlling) and closure of projects within the established scope, budgets and timelines. The role is a consultative, billable position measured on service satisfaction and account utilization. You will have the opportunity to learn and work with the latest Microsoft solutions and will work with your team to manage assigned client responsibilities. Flexibility in your schedule to assist your assigned clients across multiple time zones is expected. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Assists in the reporting and tracking of resource projections and utilization Sets up meetings and prepares and distributes minutes Edits presentations and organizational presentations Publishes all project status reports, meeting minutes and metrics Supports the management of the day-to-day execution of assigned projects and scope, including change control, risks, action items, issues and decisions Effectively communicates relevant project information to the Project Team Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored Compiles metrics relating to IT project success, project attributes, individual productivity and adherence to defined processes Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met Provides administrative support to Project Managers and project leaders. Ensures project control systems are in place and integrates project data for decision makers. Whatโs required? 1-3 years customer service or client project/process coordination experience Passion to delight the customer and provide amazing customer-service Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience working with business decision-makers Experience and ability to deescalate potentially tense client situations Familiarity with Microsoft technology such as Azure, Office 365, Teams, or other Microsoft Platforms such as: SharePoint, SQL, System Center, etcโฆ Business Analysis experience supporting client initiatives Show more Show less
