We are seeking a passionate and committed Project Lead to join our Product Compliance, Purchase & Sustainability Team . In this role, you will engage in project activities and take ownership of applications related to our Purchase-to-Pay (including Accounts Payables) solutions for our Product Companies, Customer Centers, and Distribution Centers worldwide. Given the high flexibility and variability of our systems and processes in our decentralized organization, this position demands strong analytical skills. You must be capable of bringing solid, structured solutions and seeing them through to completion, thereby adding significant value to our business partners. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly motivated team within a fast-changing and challenging environment. Your Responsibilities Guarantee the quality of Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable processes, aligning them with business processes (logistics, purchasing operations, and finance). Analyze business requirements, write functional specifications, and test programs. Lead feasibilities, implementation projects through all phases, ensuring goals, planning, and budget are met. Act as technical application owner, providing third-line support and technical development expertise, translating functional requirements into solid technical designs. Manage and resolve system issues for the user community, handling escalations as the final point of contact. Assist with Procurement architecture and its interfaces, assessing requests and defining solutions in line with our reference IT architecture. Documenting processes should be second nature. Knowledge Min. 3 years of extensive experience in the industrial sector, particularly in purchasing, or IT Basic knowledge of programming languages (a plus). Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps (a plus). Purchase-to-Pay process knowledge (an asset). Experience with business systems, analyzing and assessing existing systems and procedures, and proactively identifying solutions. Basic understanding of software development processes. Experience in environments requiring cooperation and negotiation with internal customers, other business units, or IT organizations. Project management knowledge. Basic understanding of SQL, experience with macros and scripting (a plus). Interest in AI, new solutions and eager to implement them Personality Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and professional.
