We are looking for a Serbia (Gornji Milanovac) Project Manager to join the Account Team for Global Tetra Pak Account. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for leading Project Management in Serbia on the Tetra Pak account for multiple, multi-disciplined FM/Space Planning project solutions for our clients with direct accountability for delivery of project work at a regional level. The purpose of this position is to manage and lead multiple, multi-disciplined FM project solutions for our client, with direct accountability for project delivery and performance. Characteristics of responsible projects : Complexity: High Risk: High Duration: continuous project delivery through out the year, with typical projects lasting 1 – 6 months Value: Typically between 50k – 1m EUR Key Responsibilities Overseeing Project Management delivery, processes, and operational and commercial models in the Serbia region, specifically in Gornji Milanovac, and with smaller scope in Belgrade for the Tetra Pak Account. There may also be ad hoc project management required to oversee specific projects on the Tetra Pak Poland portfolio. Reporting on financial performance, identifying risk items and analyzing KPI performance to identify any gaps in resource or capability at specific sites and/or countries/regions. Building strong relationships with the customer and wider stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction with project delivery. Managing all facets of project management (from budget through schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual FM projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Taking responsibility for billing (including documentation required for revenue recognition), accounts receivable (AR) and collection. Demonstrating capability to read, understand and apply standards to moderately complex documents affecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, specifications and drawings. Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements. Preparing scopes of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budgets, work plan schedules & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Identifying project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducting standard to complex request for proposals; completing bid analysis; leading evaluation interviews and recommending resources to clients. Implementing communication plans for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitating all project meetings. Implementing project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensuring project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Tracking progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets and approved timelines. Reporting status and variances and creating action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedules, and clearly identifying risk and providing solutions to mitigate. Implementing change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assessing change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. Demonstrating ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Demonstrating a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (business case, larger economic implications, business risk, etc). Supervisory Responsibilities May be required to provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. May be required to prepare and deliver performance appraisal for staff. Mentoring and coaching team members to further develop competencies. Leading by example and modelling behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values. Managing 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Taking responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members. Taking decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Other duties as assigned. Person Specification ESSENTIAL The individual must be available to work in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia, on site, full time. Education: Undergrad degree in a technical and or industry area of study. Supplementary Project Management qualification: APMP, LEED, RICS or equivalent preferable Skills: Fluency or high proficiency with spoken and written English and Serbian. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in leases, construction contracts, and construction practices. Local knowledge and experience of projects in international environment. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company. Ability to: comprehend, analyse, and interpret the most complex business documents; to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues; to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style; to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups; to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of Mechanical & Electrical engineering and Project Management. Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures and to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Experience: Experience of managing direct and indirect reports and maintaining excellent customer relations Proven experience in all facets of project management for FM projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Manage delivery of several projects at any one time through the project life cycle, e.g. programming, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Able to work autonomously on project matters but with a collaborative and occupier-focused approach to wider operations. Proven industry experience and/or training. Experience in delivering projects for clients within the manufacturing industry or at industrial locations. Show more Show less
