Responsibilities: Claim Management : Effectively manage and resolve claims related to the Tangenziale Sud Bucharest Project, ensuring that any disputes are addressed in a timely. Estimating : Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and resources, focusing on potential financial risks and offering solutions to optimize project costs. Cost Analysis and Reporting : Monitor cost performance throughout the project, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements to ensure the project stays on budget. Contract Support : Work closely with project managers and legal teams to ensure contracts are adhered to and financial risks are mitigated. Supplier and Subcontractor Negotiation : Manage the negotiation process with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions for the project. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Proven experience in the construction of bridges, roads, and highways, with specific expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong background in claim management , estimating , and cost analysis . Proficient in the use of Quantity Surveying and Estimating software. Excellent written and spoken English.
