Key Responsibilities: • Strategic coordination: You will define and implement delivery strategies at the zonal level, ensuring the efficiency of processes and the achievement of performance objectives; • Team management: You will lead and inspire the subordinate team, setting priorities and providing constant support to achieve quality standards; • Optimizing operations: You will monitor the flow of deliveries in real time, identify opportunities for improvement and initiate actions to optimize costs and transit times; • Compliance with legal norms: You will supervise compliance with the legislation in force and implement internal policies to maintain safety and quality in the transport process; • Developing partnerships: You will constantly look for new collaborators, suppliers and couriers, building sustainable partnerships and expanding the company’s operational capacity.
