What exactly will be your responsibility? Plan and prioritize daily personal sales/tech support activities and customer/prospect contact, towards achieving agreed business aims, including cost and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity Work in a proactive way to achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on sales, growing market share including customer share and consolidated profitability i.e. to ensure that the related sales targets will be met in terms of unit sales, volume and revenue generation Implement the marketing actions / sales campaigns agreed with the Sales Team Leader PTS and Regional PTS BLM, keep score and report back any success / failure Provide or coordinate Technical support for Dealers and Key Accounts throughout the Region Territory management and development, assist and assisted by the Sales Team Leader PTS Aftermarket support to all customers in his area Offer-to-cash responsibility i.e. realize, directly or in cooperation with others, the whole sales process necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contract (identify opportunity, present proposal, negotiate, close the deal and collect receivables) Work / Plan sales activities in a cost-effective way. Support sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets Pursue for a prompt receivables collection Establish, develop and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, through visits, telephone calls and correspondence giving specific focus to Key Customer Management and Dealer Management Develop and enhance good working relationship with Dealers and Key Accounts throughout the Region Monitor the market and competition – gather, evaluate, analyze and report back information about the market to the Sales Team Leader PTS and Regional PTS Business Line Manager Keep track of Dealer’s performance (in terms of parts business volume) and apply corrective measures on deviation Develop “new business’ opportunities for all parts and services and maximize sales of parts Track the market share (orders won / lost) within the territory. Identify “lost business” and develop appropriate preventive measures Create a sales action plan and report status on a regular basis Provide monthly report to Sales Team Leader PTS What experience and skills you should have? Min. 3 years of experience on sales position within a technical organization. Very good technical understanding and willingness to learn Very good command of local language and English is a must. Good communication skills with the ability to make technical presentations Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability. Self-motivated, energetic with high level Ready to travel on a regular basis Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Sales & Marketing (nice to have) Knowledge of Aftersales business in machinery or automotive sector (nice to have) If you think this job opportunity is corresponding with your future professional career path, then we will love to meet you and discuss more.
