The dynamic team at the Agigea port terminal is looking for a natural leader with a passion for engineering to join as Reliability Engineer . This challenging role offers the opportunity to coordinate a technical team to ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance and repair processes, conduct comprehensive analyses of reported failures, and proactively implement new work procedures to improve and develop operational processes. Your Responsibilities: Reliability Analysis and Improvement: Performing complex analyses for each piece of equipment using monitoring systems and statistical evaluations. Developing new methods to enhance reliability and predict corrective and preventive actions by identifying causal factors and optimizing maintenance plans. Maintenance Strategy: Conducting statistical analysis of equipment failure data to adjust maintenance strategies. Supporting the definition of spare parts storage policies and determine appropriate stock levels. Maintenance Procedures: Developing specific maintenance procedures to mitigate identified errors and risks. Technical Assistance: Providing technical support to maintenance personnel by supplying technical data to increase equipment reliability. Project Evaluation: Analyzing new projects, evaluating their feasibility based on performance criteria and organizational standards. Planning and Control: Updating tasks in the Maximo system to improve operational efficiency. Coordinating maintenance and repair activities in collaboration with the Technical Dispatcher and Operations Department. Change and Procurement Management: Documenting equipment modifications according to internal procedures. Providing technical details to the Procurement Department for spare parts acquisition. Technical Testing and Work Quality: Organizing and verifying the technological tests of inspected/repaired equipment, ensuring any deficiencies are corrected. Supervision and Verification: Overseeing and inspecting maintenance and revision activities as per ISCIR standards, recording them in the Equipment Supervision Logbook. Documentation and Reporting: Preparing documents, reports, and notifications as per current procedures. Participating in the development and implementation of work procedures and instructions. Immediate Actions and Staff Training: Acting promptly to resolve operational process issues. Training personnel to eliminate delays and ensure departmental efficiency. Your Profile: Completed higher education in Mechanical Engineering . Authorized as an RSL-ISCIR and RSL-IR supervisor for maintenance works. Strong understanding of the concept of Reliability , ideally supported by specialized courses in equipment reliability. Between 3 and 5 years of prior experience with industrial equipment. Advanced communication skills in both Romanian and English, written and verbal. Category B driving license. Proven ability to build and strengthen professional relationships, demonstrated through past teamwork experiences in implementing effective solutions. Excellent skills in guiding and motivating team members to collaborate effectively and achieve goals.
