WWe are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our expanding SuperTeam. The Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting our Commercial department with the preparation and analysis of sales reports, database management, and other essential tasks related to sales performance monitoring. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for the Commercial department. Organize, update, and ensure the accuracy of sales databases and other relevant data sources. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in performance. Automate and optimize reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Provide support in setting KPIs, tracking progress, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Work with various software tools to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with internal standards for data quality and confidentiality. Perform other administrative or analytical tasks as required to support the Commercial team. Skill and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros preferred). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent knowledge of office application packages (Word, Excel, Power point) Fluent in English Personal Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to details Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
