Join our team and #be_part_of_tomorrow #AlphaBank #TheAlphaBlueprint #Tomorrow The Reporting Analytics Specialist reports to the Analytics Team Leader, within the Reporting Center of Excellence Business Area, and is responsible for producing accurate and insightful reports for internal stakeholders by synthesizing complex data sets using analytical tools to deliver visually compelling reports and dynamic dashboards that facilitate strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should be a team player with analytical thinking, complex problem solving and solid communication and stakeholder management skills. What you will be doing Prepare and deliver accurate management reports for the monitoring of various credit risk and financial performance metrics such as NPEs, Forbearances, Provisions Coverage, EVA, NII, etc. ensuring adherence to the defined reporting schedule. Perform in-depth data analysis, interprets complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare and consolidate NII data for Stress Test/ICAAP NII submission at Group Level. Provide expertise in analyzing key indices and drivers regarding Stress Test/ICAAP NII. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Develop reports and dashboards, to effectively communicate and present complex information to the General Management and the competent Bank Committees. Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify possible root causes for deviations versus targets, investigate the underlying reasons and highlight the fundamental factors. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in reporting and data analytics. What you need to have A Bachelor degree, preferably in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics. At least three (3) years professional experience in the areas of credit risk reporting or/and financial performance reporting (loans asset quality, NPEs, Forbearances, loan loss provisions, deposits, EVA, NII etc.) Proficiency in programming languages, software, and systems i.e. SQL, SAS, SPSS Good knowledge of visual analytics suites (e.g. QlikSense, PowerBI) is a plus. Strong analytical skills Very good communication and presentation skills Excellent command of Excel & PowerPoint Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
