What will you do We are looking for a Reservations Support Trainee with excellent teamwork skills who has a passion for Italy and a taste for luxury and authenticity. The main responsibilities for this position are: Collect and input customer lead data into the systems under the guidance of the team Support the reservations team to develop world class itineraries and experiences Contact hotels and suppliers to check for availability, using all necessary communications channels (phone, emails, chat etc.) Quote real time hotels tariffs upon request Input Quote details into the system under the guidance of the team Prioritize tasks Communicate details to our logistic team Interact on a daily basis with office staff and suppliers (drivers, guides, hotels, restaurants, etc.) and occasionally with clients and management of other companies Attend all trainings Who you are BA or Master Degree in Tourism, with some experience in the travel sector (preferred) Passionate about travel – highly desirable if you have travelled extensively and have a strong curiosity about unique experiences Strong oral and written communication skills Able to balance focus between working independently and teamwork, ready to ask for help when necessary Curious, eager to learn about Access Italy in order to build on existing capabilities and develop new ones through on-the-job coaching Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines Proficiency in Italian and English (you read, write and speak proficiently both in Italian and in English) Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Comfortable with technology, readily able to learn and adapt to the use of new software We offer Training opportunities; your professional development is our priority, and we look for people who never stop learning Partial smart working during low season, in accordance with the job demands: what matters is the result, and it doesn’t matter where you get it Flexible on your hours: we work with other countries that may need attention during hours outside of a normal schedule during the busy summer season.
