NOVA ET VETERA is seeking a motivated and client-focused Residential Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Prague office. This individual will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients with their design and customization choices for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Czech and English, a strong sales background, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. NOVA ET VETERA is a leading tech-enabled real estate development company. We are committed to delivering renovated apartments in large cities such as Prague or Brno, providing our customers with an affordable and sustainable alternative to new developments. Each year we purchase over 100 tired apartments which we completely redesign and renovate. Since 2021, we are the largest supplier of renovated homes to the Czech housing market. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements for purchasing residential properties. Conduct property viewings, offering expert knowledge on features, benefits, and potential of available homes. Assist clients with understanding design and customization options, providing guidance on interior choices and renovation potential. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and company offerings to effectively present to clients. Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the client. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Provide post-sale support to ensure a seamless transition for clients, assisting with any queries or requests related to their purchase. Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, acquisitions and design teams, to ensure client needs are met. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, real estate brokerage, real estate consultancy or similar.
