Who are we looking for? We are seeking a dynamic Retail Offer Manager to execute MOL’s Retail strategy by optimizing the 4Ps—Product, Place, Price, and Promotion. You will lead category management, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric processes to grow market share, margins, and sales. This role is key to differentiating MOL in the market while aligning offer management activities with cutting-edge IT platforms. What would you be responsible for? Establishing and implementing a customer-focused, transparent and commercially driven operating model to deliver the 4Ps and achieve market share, revenue, and margin growth. Aligning Offer Management processes with IT solutions to ensure efficiency, well-documented routines and improved product delivery. Analyzing market trends and consumer insights in Fuel and Non-Fuel categories to maximize category value and market share through category management processes. Developing and executing commercial and business plans, including pricing strategies and marketing campaigns, to drive sales, volume and margin revenue. Overseeing supplier management and contracting to achieve cost, revenue and margin targets while fostering strategic supplier relationships. Managing Non-Fuel supply chains and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and profitability. Cultivating a culture of respect and collaboration, enhancing team performance and sharing best practices with Group Offer Teams. What do we expect? Year-end bonus. University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration. At least 10 years in offer or category management in a multinational supplier/retailer, with 5+ years in a managerial role. Proficiency in MS Office and dashboard tools; ability to understand or learn Offer Management IT systems. Strategic thinking, customer-focused, goal-oriented leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, P&L management and ability to challenge obstacles effectively. Fluent business English; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus. Strong motivator, team leader and negotiator with excellent communication skills. Data-driven, commercially focused and capable of managing complex projects. What do we offer? Financial contribution for cultural, sports and other activities in the annual amount of €1,596.
