We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand. The candidate will join the People Growth & Wellbeing Team based in Milan. As Retail People Growth Manager, you will be an integral part of our People Growth & Wellbeing Team, responsible for developing, implementing and delivering managerial training program across the EMEA region, ensuring consistency with the Golden Goose culture. Main Responsibilities: Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement managerial training and development programs for our retail teams across Europe and the MEINA regions, ensuring alignment with Golden Goose’s values and culture, integrating market needs, feedback and monitoring effectiveness. ImplementPerformance Development Systems: Implement and manage performance development system to enhance employee growth and store performance. Promote Golden Culture: Act as an ambassador of the Golden culture, ensuring all programs and in store initiatives reflect our company’s values. Align Training with Business KPIs: Ensure that all training initiatives support business objectives and are connected to store KPIs. Monitoring Training Effectiveness: Proactively identify the sales training needs analysing the outcome and monitoring the impact of every sale-related training program, with a data-informed approach. Report directly to the Head of People Growth and Wellbeing, providing regular updates on training progress and development strategies. Partner with our community of Training Managers, ensuring alignment with HQ strategies and delivery of consistent and effective training initiatives across all regions. Key Requirements: Retail Experience: At least 5 years of experience within retail environment. Proven Retail Knowledge. Proven training development knowledge. Retail business needs knowledge. People Development Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs within the retail sector, preferably in a multinational context. Proven experience of Instructional Design and Training assets development. Interpersonal skills: A dynamic and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for retail and people development and strong engagement skills. Guest centric mindset. Ability to work in partnership. Agility & Flexibility in priorities management. Analytical Skills: Ability to connect training programs with business KPIs and measure their impact on store performance. Project Management Mindset : strong project management approach to meet the deadlines/costs and the different validation phases across the projectโ€™s creation involving the right stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire retail teams across diverse markets and cultural sensitivity necessary for addressing diverse audiences and work environments. Availability on business travels based on specific projects.
