Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Safety Inspector for our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, recognized for its dedication to quality, safety, and innovation. Responsibilities : Prepare and manage documentation for Health and Safety at Work (HSE) in compliance with legal requirements. Conduct on-site specialized inspections to identify and address violations of HSE norms. Inform management about detected irregularities and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Compile, verify, and distribute individual HSE records periodically. Deliver HSE training sessions for employees and contractors at the site. Maintain accurate records of work equipment and personal protective equipment, ensuring timely restocking as needed. Develop, implement, monitor, and update prevention and protection plans, including technical, organizational, and sanitary measures based on risk assessments. Ensure staff is well-trained and informed about HSE policies and procedures. Candidate Profile : Certification as a Health and Safety Inspector. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Solid knowledge of HSE norms and risk assessment processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for training and information sharing. Adaptable, stress-resistant, and proactive in solving problems. Analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize information effectively. Proficient in English (intermediate level or higher). Willingness to travel as needed for the role. Valid Category B driving license.
