Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Xtec in Newcastle. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to promote our document management and telecommunications solutions. Qualifications Sales experience in technology solutions or related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of document management systems and telecommunications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Own vehicle and valid drivers license (Non Negotiable) Matric/Gr12 (Non Negotiable) Ability to generate sales and earn commission consistently Industry experience preferred but not a must Show more Show less
