Job Description We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Executive with a focus on account management and lead generation. The workplace for this role is Malmö and surrounding areas, at Devoteam Malmö´s office 3 days per week. Drive Digital Transformation: Become a Creative tech Sales Executive As a Sales Executive for Creative tech at Devoteam, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across the Swedish region. You will be responsible for: Hunting for New Business: Identify and acquire new customers with a focus on medium-sized businesses, generating leads and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Driving Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, exceeding customer expectations and contributing to Devoteam’s continued success. Mastering the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with our software developer teams, leveraging their expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Building Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and ensure their ongoing success with Creative tech. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving Software ecosystem, including new products, services, and market trends. Focus industries include Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services, with opportunities to expand into other sectors. Qualifications Proven Hunter: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business, with a focus on software and team-delivery. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Devoteam Creative tech. Relationship Builder: A natural networker who can build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders. Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Fluent in Swedish and English: Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English skills are essential. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
