We are looking for a passionate sales hunter to join the European leader in mobile camera surveillance – proven successful by doubling our sales over the past 3 years across Europe. In team Nordic, we are a small relatively newly established team of 10 people based out of Denmark and Sweden, looking for a new self-driven Sales manager to drive the construction segment in south of Sweden. Due to the nature of our small Nordic team you will report to the Managing Director, Nordic and have our senior Sales manager in Stockholm as your daily partner. Culture means everything to us. You listen and translate customer needs into best Kooi solutions. You are ambitious and don’t freeze when you hear growth rates of 50%. Triggered and not frightened by kick-starting a low-penetration market. You approach it as a great opportunity to make a big impact. Your focus is therefore to conquer your segment with creative freedom but without reinventing and compromising the business model. We are not selling products but complete end2end security rental solutions. We only have a 2% churn rate, that ultimately shows the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction, which is crucial for a success in a long term rental business. You will be working independently and with your regional Nordic team. You easily navigate between different customers in terms of size and across Nordic cultures. You will be on ‘Teams’ and on the road to customers frequently doing newbizz and building relations. Finally, you ensure that the assignment is well coordinated with your ‘best friend’ and internal project manager that will execute on your promises and secure a smooth customer experience.
