Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant with a proven track record in implementing and configuring Zuora CPQ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering successful projects for our clients in Denmark, helping them optimize their quote-to-cash processes and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of both Salesforce and Zuora platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment. Responsibilities: Lead and participate in client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce and Zuora CPQ. Salesforce Lightning. Design, configure, and customize Zuora CPQ solutions to meet specific client needs, including product catalog setup, pricing rules, quoting templates, and approval workflows. Integrate Zuora CPQ with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other relevant systems. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on Zuora CPQ functionality. Contribute to project documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Zuora releases and features. Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, developers, and architects, to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with hands-on experience in Zuora CPQ implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Community Cloud). Experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue is a plus. Solid understanding of CPQ processes and best practices. Practical experience with Salesforce Lightning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
