Posizione: JOIN OUR TEAM 1 + years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Sales Representative in Professional Haircare industry Market research and analysis, targeting Clients and Prospects; Develop long term relationships through appropriate Customer/Prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets; Support the salon partner to differentiate themselves and grow their salon business Prepare and guarantee a monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts; Fully available and flexible to travel (even abroad), if required. Requisiti: Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business; Results-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets; Ability to handle independently unexpected challenges, maintaining composure and making informed decisions; Motivated to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment.
