Job Description Join our innovative IT team in Prague , where we leverage technology to enable new organizational capabilities. We are seeking an SAP Business Analyst to be a change agent for the order-to-cash eInvocing process. This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within order management, eInvoicing and digitization in the order-to-cash area. Responsibilities Directly coordinate, align, and partner with the business via managing specific Order to cash process area or subject e.g. Order management, Billing Participate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our platforms and processes Handle small projects as a lead analyst, project manager, or as the subject matter expert Account and manage for the demands per region and specific area and discuss this with the respective Global process Team member or Regional Commercial IT leads/members Collaborate with other Global and regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this role Constantly align with the OTC Value Team lead as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team’s project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives Qualifications Deep functional/technical knowledge in SAP SD module and the experience in at least one full cycle implementation, project training and change management experience 2+ years as an SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris professional with experience in e-Commerce, Content Management & Migrations Hands on configuration experience in the SAP SD module coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as middleware or EDI/BTP University graduate or any of its equivalent in the logistics and sales, marketing, Business administration or Computer Science 3+ years of related experience in supporting pharmaceutical or any relevant commercial and manufacturing industries Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal, together with ability to lead with drive, passion and ambition SAP certification is a plus Willingness to travel (up to 25%) What We Offer Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally Hybrid working model in Prague, flexible role pattern Pension and health insurance contributions Internal reward system plus referral programme 5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contribution Cafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, Lítačka, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport Card Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora, and Mall.cz discount programmes Up-to-date laptop and iPhone Parking in the garage, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, music corner Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more Ready to take up the challenge?
