My client are seeking an experienced SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Consultan t to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP IBP solutions, with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and help our clients achieve their supply chain objectives using advanced SAP solutions. Travel is expected with this role. You will be required to attend the Milan office 2 – 3 days every 2 weeks. Key Responsibilities SAP IBP Implementation & Configura tion: Lead or support the implementation of SAP IBP solutions, including configuring modules for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP). Requirement Gathering & Anal ysis: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives. Translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications. System Integra tion: Integrate SAP IBP with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across the supply chain. Customiza tion: Provide customization and enhancements to the IBP system to meet specific client needs, including creating custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Training & Sup port: Provide training to end-users on SAP IBP functionality and best practices. Offer post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Testing & Documenta tion: Lead testing efforts (unit testing, integration testing) to ensure system performance and accuracy. Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and project progress. Continuous Improve ment: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP IBP features and updates. Recommend system improvements and process optimizations to enhance business operations. Key Skills & Experience SAP IBP Expertise : Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP IBP modules, particularly in Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), S&OP, and Inventory Optimization. Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, and production planning. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP IBP tools, such as the SAP IBP Cloud Platform, and familiarity with integration techniques such as CPI-DS, SAP Data Services, and SAP PI/PO. Experience with S/4HANA : Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting end-to-end implementation projects. Ability to work independently and within teams to meet project deadlines. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and provide effective solutions.
